Bamboo Panda Takeaway (Harrogate 2025)

Our local Chinese takeaway has changed, I don't know if it is a rebrand or new owners.

Now I think it is new owners because the menu has changed.

This is what my plate looked like, I will go through each dish we got and what I thought of it.

Chicken balls were so over cooked and dry, there was barely any batter on them. It does come with the sweet and sour sauce but I never have it.

Egg fried rice was standard.

Pork Foo Yung was a bit bland which is annoying because I normally love this dish.

Now I have never had Beef Pataya Curry so thought I would give it ago and I actually like this, it had a kick which I love.

Vegetable Chow Mein was okay, nothing special, wish there was more vegetables.

Even the Chinese Chicken Curry was not nice, no flavour.

We prefer the old takeaways version of the Chicken with Garlic & Coriander, where is the coriander?

Salt & Pepper Chicken, boring.

The chips were fine.
