FIRST IMPRESSIONS: 17. Eye Flicks Pen

I love a good winged liner so wanted to see if this was any good.

Our quick drying intense-black eyeliner is water-based and has a subtle but long-lasting silky sheen finish. Ophthalmologically tested.

Before we start I use the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Original on my right eye (left in the picture). I have quite oily eyelids so trying with and without primer feels like a fair experiment. I also want to mention that I always apply eyeshadow onto the eye without primer so that I am not cross-contaminating if you understand (the way my brain thinks).

I am not the best at winged liner but what I did realise is it isn't dark black.

Makeup all done.

19:40: It isn't dark black and I feel it has faded in shade.

I like a dark black or a dark brown liner and this is just not it. I won't be using it again.
