What I Ate In A Week? (06.04.2020 - 12.04.2020)
It is most definitely not the healthiest week but after COVID-19 and feeling ill, comfort food was wanted. Monday 6th April 2020 Breakfast: coffee (I have lactose free semi skimmed milk and no sugar) plus an omelette with red onion, ham and chilli sauce Snack: coffee (I have been using L'OR India coffee pods with lactose free milk and no sugar) Lunch: I had leftover pasta carbonara, spicy pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread plus a can of Dr Pepper Snack: another coffee Dinn

What I Ate In A Week? (05.08.2019 - 11.08.2019)
I have decided to share what I eat in a week, maybe it will shame me into eating less rubbish especially as I have started working out now so don't want to waste my calories on rubbish.
