Monday 15th February Breakfast: Marmite and cheese on toast plus a Little's French Vanilla Coffee Morning Snack: Little's French Vanilla Coffee Lunch: Super Noodles and a can of Dr Pepper (I haven't had Super Noodles for years until I had them the other day and now crave them) Afternoon Snack: Little's French Vanilla Coffee Dinner: glass of red wine, garlic chicken with cauliflower rice Tuesday 16th February Br
