What I Ate In A Week? (08.11.2021 - 14.11.2021)
This week is my birthday week, I took it off from work. Monday 8th November 2021 Breakfast: bacon and cheese flat bread and a cup of coffee (after the picture I toasted this to melt the cheese) Lunch: wholemeal pitta with tuna and red onion and a can of Dr Pepper Snack: glass of red wine (evening treat) Dinner: spicy noodles Tuesday 9th November 2021 Breakfast: M&S Cafe Iced vanilla latte Lunch: wholemeal pitta with tuna and red onion and a bottle of San Pellegrino Snack: DAS

What I Ate In A Week? (06.04.2020 - 12.04.2020)
It is most definitely not the healthiest week but after COVID-19 and feeling ill, comfort food was wanted.
